STRESS
REDUCTION & HEALING
Reduce stress and cultivate emotional wellbeing through mindfulness tools, meditation, hypnosis, sound therapy, aromatherapy, reiki and somatic healing and exercises.

LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS
Communicate with compassion, identify triggers and pain points, develop healthy conflict, interrupt negative cycles, manifest the love you desire, and strengthen connection.
After an initial consultation, sessions are intentionally set at 90 minutes. While I have areas of focus that are common to many, our work together is personalized to fit your unique goals and topic areas you want to address.

Sessions comprise of talk support and can include alternative healing modalities. Currently, I am trained in mindfulness meditation, hypnosis, somatic/light body work and reiki. I also utilize aromatherapy and currently training in sound healing!

During our initial consultation, we will explore various healing modalities that may benefit your wellness journey and how we can integrate them into our work together.
I see clients in-person, virtually or a mix of both. I ask that in-person clients please reschedule if you are sick. Life happens and I do my best to accommodate and flow. That being said, I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged the full session fee except in cases of emergencies.
